I’m an effective communicator, a skilled leader, and dedicated to fostering positive relationships with children, parents, and staff. Dylan Jones
Lead TeacherHi! My name is Dylan, and I’ve been working in childcare since 2022. I am a fun, outgoing, and easy-to-work-with caregiver who truly loves what I do. I pride myself on creating a warm, safe, and engaging environment where children can learn, grow, and feel supported.
I’m very creative and enjoy incorporating crafts, activities, and hands-on learning into my daily routine to keep children entertained and stimulated. I have experience working with a wide range of ages, from infants to 12 years old, and I understand how to adapt my care to meet each child’s unique needs and personality.
Throughout my experience, I’ve worked as both a lead teacher and a teacher’s assistant, which has helped me develop strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills. Most importantly, I treat every child as if they were my own—providing patience, care, and attention to ensure they feel loved and secure.
